Publishing integration
AvailablePublish to the website you built
Use signed webhooks to send SynthRank articles to your own CMS, static site or publishing service. Your developer builds the receiving endpoint, so you control how each article appears on your website.
Deliver the full article to your site
Each delivery includes article HTML, metadata and the source content data. Your receiver can store the article for your site or pass it into your publishing system without fetching the copy from the dashboard.
Events cover creation, updates, publishing, unpublishing and deletion. Handle the whole lifecycle so an edited article changes on your site and a withdrawn article stops appearing publicly.
Check deliveries and catch up after a failure
SynthRank includes delivery logs, retries with backoff, replay and Send test. Use those controls to find a failed request and verify that your receiver accepts the payload.
Sync all published content backfills articles that are already live in SynthRank. Your receiver should tolerate duplicate deliveries and ignore older updates so a retry does not create a second post or overwrite newer content.
Your developer owns the receiver
Host a public HTTPS endpoint and verify X-Webhook-Signature using HMAC-SHA256 over the exact raw request body. Respond with a 2xx status within ten seconds and run expensive site rebuilds asynchronously.
The public webhook reference covers the signing contract, event handling and recovery steps. Test storage and the final public page as well as delivery in SynthRank.
Connect and check your first article
- Ask your developer to build an HTTPS POST receiver that verifies signatures and handles the content lifecycle.
- In Workspace Settings, open Webhooks, register the receiver URL, generate a secret and select the events and content types you need.
- Use Send test and inspect the receiving site or storage.
- Run Sync all published content to backfill existing published articles.
Give your developer the webhook receiver reference for signing, event handling and recovery details.
Questions about Signed webhooks
Can I use webhooks without a developer?
You need a receiver that accepts the payload, verifies the signature and writes to your website. Ask your developer to set it up. WordPress and HubSpot have native connections if you use either platform.
What happens when I unpublish an article?
SynthRank sends content.unpublished. Your receiver must hide or remove the public item; receiving the event alone does not change your website.
Connect in SynthRank
Set up your receiver, add the webhook in Workspace Settings, and test an article on your site before syncing your library.
