Data Processing Addendum

This DPA applies when SynthRank processes customer content as a processor.

Customer is the controller of workspace content and end-user personal data that may appear in crawled pages.

SynthRank will only process that data to provide Autopilot, APIs, and support, and will use the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy.

Upon written request after termination, SynthRank will delete or return tenant data except where retention is required by law.
